I offer freelance or interim management of core corporate communication activities for all major industries globally to assist in delivering maximum reputation value and to minimise reputation risk, including a focus on:

Major change communication: both internal and external stakeholder management for major changes such as factory closures, restructures, acquisitions and integrations. Ensuring all aspects of communication are coordinated and consistent and that company reputation is protected throughout.

Issues management: the identification of current and future issues which may impact the company reputation, a clear risk analysis of those issues and preparation of a communication strategy and positioning to ensure the company reputation is maximised.


Crisis planning  and communication: preparation in advance of a crisis to ensure all relevant teams fully understand the issues and are properly prepared to respond to them, can manage communication in a crisis and are aware of the communication and reputation impacts at all times during a crisis.  The management of communication in a crisis to ensure the company’s reputation is protected and then re built as necessary.


Training and development: preparation, facilitation and running of short training sessions on key aspects of communication and employee motivation aimed at non-communication specialists. Covers communication to employees, media and other external stakeholders, managing complex stakeholder maps and reputation/issues management.

Evaluation: review and evaluation of Communication teams and/or projects or campaigns to ensure the maximum reputation enhancement is being delivered.

Coaching: I offer coaching services to senior executives to help them maximise their potential. In addition, I offer mentoring services for Corporate Communication Managers who could benefit from my experiences.
