Freelance reputation management
Led the communication, people practices and learning & development aspects of a compliance based change programme within a FTSE 100 engineering and power systems company. Achievements included the creation of a vision for the programme; put in place communication and engagement strategy; conducted Executive level engagement which resulted in the adoption of two new policies; trained 28,000 employees.
Managed the UK communication element of a global re-branding announcement within the financial services industry, including message development for the UK market, coordination of messaging internally and externally, scenario planning, maximising the use of complex audiences to build reputation.
Managed the communication of a major change programme for a UK financial services company which resulted in complete operational process changes, office closures and significant redundancies. Ensured employees heard the news first, developed strategic messaging, positioned the changes in the wider strategic picture and coordinated internal and external messaging.
